I hope this message finds you well. At Cyber Grapes, our mission has always been to provide exceptional value and quality to our clients. To continue delivering the highest standard of service and to focus on what we do best, we have decided to simplify our service offerings.
As of today, we will concentrate our efforts on the core services that have consistently provided the most value to both our clients and our business. These services are:
- WordPress Website Design & Development
- WordPress Hosting
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
With this refined focus, we are discontinuing some of our less-demanded services, including Mobile App Development, Chatbots, Email, Domain Registration, and Email Marketing. For those currently using these services, we will continue to support them as long as we can, with the exception of Mobile Apps. Mobile Apps are declining in usage for small businesses, and with increasing demands from platforms like Google Play and the Apple App Store, it has become nearly impossible to keep up without charging exorbitantly high prices, which our small business owners and non-profit leaders simply cannot afford.
We will also discontinue any free services we’ve offered over the years, except for our Free SEO Website Grading Tool, which remains available as it provides quick, accurate, and easy-to-understand SEO insights with minimal administration. You can continue to access this tool at cybergrapes.com/rocket-seo/.
Additionally, we are discontinuing Cyber Grapes DIY, our do-it-yourself platform. The good news is that we have successfully transferred Cyber Grapes DIY to HelloWorld.Domains. This means that all current clients won’t need to do any additional work except for a minor change in how they log in.
- HelloWorld.Domains Success: We created HelloWorld.Domains as a stand-alone, do-it-yourself platform independent of the Cyber Grapes name. This business is thriving on its own, providing a holistic and integrated experience for customers. We encourage all Cyber Grapes DIY customers to continue their services at HelloWorld.Domains, where they will find a consistent and seamless experience.
- Focus on Done-For-You Solutions: Cyber Grapes was founded to offer fully done-for-you solutions, providing purposeful hand-holding so our customers can focus on what they do best, rather than managing websites and SEO themselves. When customers purchased from the DIY platform, they often expected the same level of personalized service. However, these DIY products are priced with minimal margins, making it challenging to provide the high level of support our clients deserve. This left both us and our customers feeling dissatisfied.
- Avoiding Confusion: Combining our done-for-you services with the do-it-yourself offerings created too much confusion. By separating these services, we can ensure clarity in our offerings and better meet our customers’ expectations.
This decision reflects our commitment to staying true to our values as a small, independent, family-run business. By narrowing our focus, we can serve you better with the services we excel at and continue building long-lasting relationships without expanding our team.
